InRetail complies with the presentation of information to the market, ensuring that it is truthful, sufficient and timely, in accordance with current regulations.

InRetail approves and presents the financial statements prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) effective in Peru.

The company's financial statements contain the following information:

b) Income Statements

c) Statements of Comprehensive Income

d) Statements of Changes in Equity

e) Statements of Cash Flows

f) Notes to the Financial Statements

In the case of annual financial information, it is accompanied by the respective Audit Report issued by independent auditors.

InRetail complies with timely communicating to the market, through the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores (SMV), its financial information, annual report, the Corporate Governance Code compliance report and other documents required by applicable regulations.

Furthermore, InRetail discloses as Material Events the information of the company, its businesses and securities that qualify as such, in compliance with applicable regulations and within the established deadlines. Exceptionally, in strict compliance with applicable regulations, confidential status may be assigned to a fact or ongoing negotiation.
